FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions


If you have not received an invitation email, please also check your junk (spam) mail box.

It is possible that your company's security settings are preventing you from receiving the email.
In such a situation, please contact your company's security personnel to inquire about the possibility of disabling the security system.

Please contact the Show Management if you would like us to resend the email.

In the event that you cannot log in to the admin page, please try the following 3 solutions.
 

1. Logout
If you have logged in once before, you may not have logged out correctly.
Please try logging out by clicking on the "Logout" button at the top of the admin page.

2. Clear the Cache
If your browser has a strong web cache, you may not be able to log in.
Clear your cache and try logging in again.
* The method of clearing cache varies depending on the browser.
* Please note that clearing all caches will result in the deletion of all login IDs and passwords saved in your browser.

3. Confirm Your Account
If you plan to exhibit in more than one booth and use a common email address to manage information for multiple booths, it is imperative to also use the same password.
Ensure that you have not generated multiple passwords.
In the case of having multiple passwords, please try logging in using the last password you set.
If you still cannot log in, please click on the "Forgot Password" button and try resetting your password.

You can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" button located at the bottom right of the login page.

If the primary administrator has changed, the email address on the account must be changed to the new administrator's email address.

Since you cannot change the email address, please contact the Show Management.
We will assist you with the necessary changes.

If you pause the registration process for more than 15 minutes after logging in, you will be automatically logged out.

If you see a security message like the one shown in the figure, click on the "login" link.
When the new tab opens, log in again, go back to the tab you were originally on, and save your information.

* After logging in again, the newly opened tab is no longer required and can be closed.

Some shows, products or services have multiple layers of categories.

Clicking on the "+" button will display more detailed items one layer below.

The following items are managed by the Show Management. Editing them is not possible on the Exhibitor profile page.

If any of the information shown is incorrect, please contact us.

1. Stand (Booth) Number
Your stand (booth) number will be displayed as the show dates approach.

2. Exhibitor Settings
This information includes exhibitor type, co-exhibitors, number of exhibitor badges, and official company name.
Please be assured that the ID after your official company name is for system purposes and will not appear on the search page viewed by visitors.
