Exhibitor Registration
The information registered here can be viewed by visitors.
You can now also register a cover image, products or services, sessions at your booth, and social media links.
* All images are for illustration purposes only. The screen design varies for each exhibition, and is subject to change with future version updates. (The same applies to all subsequent images.)
Your Account
Dedicated Account
The dedicated account for this website is not the same as the account for "Exhibitors Website".
One Account per Company
Each company can only have one account.
If you manage information for multiple companies with a single account, the password will be the same.
Approximately 4 months before the show, an email containing account information will be sent to the primary administrator.
Notes:
No Synchronization
The "Exhibitors Website" and the "Exhibitor Hub" are not synchronized with each other.
To modify your company name or email address listed, it is necessary to make the changes in both systems.
Save Data Regularly
If you pause the registration process for more than 15 minutes after logging in, you will be automatically logged out even if you have not clicked on the "Logout" button.
The information you are registering is not automatically saved, so please save it regularly.
When You Need Help
Refer to our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page for assistance.
For example:
- I cannot log in.
- I have not received the login invitation email.
- I forgot my login password.
- I was automatically logged out.
- The primary administrator has changed.
